Terms and conditions

Agreement

By using e3jobs.com.au (the site), you agree to these terms. E3 InfoTech Consulting is part of Mega IT Services. Contact: info@e3jobs.com.au. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

What we do — and do not do

We provide recruitment-style support and orientation on the US E-3 visa category for Australian citizens. We are not a United States law firm and we do not provide US immigration or legal advice. Filings, strategy, and representation before US authorities belong with a qualified US immigration attorney. Nothing on this site creates an attorney–client relationship.

Eligibility screening

The online screening tool is a rough internal triage based on the answers you give. It is not a determination of visa eligibility, approval, or suitability for any role. US government and consular decisions are separate. A candidate reference we issue after server-side confirmation is an internal reference for our office — not a government ID.

Jobs and introductions

Public job listings may be incomplete or empty while we refresh listings. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or visa outcomes. Introductions depend on employer needs, your profile, and timing.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and layout belong to us or our licensors unless stated otherwise. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial browsing. Do not copy for redistribution, scrape systematically, or misrepresent affiliation with us.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break the law, harass others, upload malware, or submit false information. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.

Third-party sites

Links to government or other sites are for convenience. We do not control their content. The parent company site is at megaitservices.com.au.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including decisions about relocation or immigration. Where liability cannot be excluded, we limit it to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you cannot contract away under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
